  • Flight Delay

    We pay for your flight delay of at least eight hours as a result of an unforeseen circumstances, eg. adverse weather conditions, mechanical breakdown etc

  • Delayed Baggage

    We will compensate you for emergency purchases of essential items in the event your baggage is delayed for more than eight hours, eg. you are flying to Japan and your luggage is accidentally sent to USA

  • Personal Accident

    We pay a lump sum in cash if you pass away in an accident or become permanently disabled due to an accident, eg: loss of hands, loss of eyes, loss of ears etc
