Claims Department issues claims form, an adjuster will be assigned if necessary at this point.

1st letter to insured for the request of necessary documents for claims, types of form depends on the policy purchased.

Step 4

Submission of document for verification, any short of supporting documents will be notified to policy holder at this point.

Step 5

Based on the verification and authenticity of claims of claims, offer letter will be issued to policy holder on the approved claims amount.

Step 6

On acceptance, payment will be issued
